|  | Last June 28, 2008, I was with my officemate at Caramoan, Camarines Sur. An upcoming tourist destination in Camarines Sur, which is accessible by land and sea. We choose the boat ride going to Caramoan since it is a two hours boat ride rather than the bumpy jeepney ride which may took a little longer. A new road is being constructed, which can be seen while at the boat that is passing near the shoreline. I’m a little bit scare during the boat ride, especially when it is near Caramoan, since the boat ride was a little bit rough. But according to the boat man, it is a very peaceful during this time, not when the month of July to December set in. We left the Sabang, San Jose, Camarines Sur, the jump off point going to Caramoan at 8Am and arrived at the Caramoan at about 10AM. After our lunch, we go island hopping, the images here were mostly of the beaches that we have visited. There are a lot of islets that can be visited during the island hopping. We started late, and only 5 islet that we have visited. Sorry for the name of the islet, I have forgot the names. Hopefully, the place will be developed more that is completely eco-friendly and very accessible and affordable to local tourist. During, the visit of GMA last summer, it was mention that it is comparable to Boracay or much better than Boracay. We stay at GOTA Village, which being maintain by the provincial government of Camarines Sur, wherein the crew of “French Survivor” - stay during the shooting of the series. See and enjoy my images. | | The last presentation of World Pyro 2008 was held last May 31, 2008. The display showcased the highlights of the different participants from the previous pyro display. The first display was at about 7:30 PM for about a 10-15 minutes display. La Mancha who organized the event, also presented their pyro with choreograph music at about 9PM. Thanks to chris for inviting and sharing a great spot at the lounge area. These are the images that I captured. Enjoy and comment please! Cheers . . .

| | Last May 3, 2008, I have a chance to see the Aliwan Festival at Quirno Grandstand. I was late to shoot and it rain after an hour I was there. I stay until 8:30 PM, to grab this images. |
| | The coronation night of Miss Magayon 2008 last April 25, 2008. |
| | On my way home, while riding in jeep, I was caught by traffic. I was wondering why there was a traffic, later I found out that the cause of the traffic was due to parade march of some labor force in the middle of the street due to the celebration of Labor day. For several occasions I want to shoot this kind of event . . . but during that time got no camera that I brought. But this time I have a chance to shoot this event since it may pass near our street. I was looking for one shoot that I really need to post but . . . I was unavailable too, maybe next time. My friend nino, who also shoot for his newspaper contribution, introduce me to the person who were in charge of the protest walk. This is a grab shoot, no photoshop editing even cropping just batch resize. |
| | Legazpi City was the host of Magayon Festival 2008 - Festival of Festival. The Festival of Festival was participated by different festival of Bicol Region’s towns & cities last April 26, 2008. The images were taken at the street presentation and the completion at the park. Please feel free to give your comment and suggestion. Cheers! |
| | The Mayon Airsoft Tactical Team (MATT) of Legazpi City sponsored the 1st Magayon Airsoft Competition last April 20, 2008 at Bicol University Football ground, which one of the many activities of the Magayon Festival. More than 20 teams from different places of Bicol participated in the event. |
| | The photos were taken at LCC Mall Legazpi City which held a fashion show as part of the activities of Magayon Festival. The images were taken with my new toy, minimal Photoshop were done on the images. |

smile18.com Cool PicturesThank you Tom for gracing my site often...I will never forget Bicol..the Mayon Volcano i used to look at towards the setting of the sun as i used to gather sampaguita in our frontyard to make a lei and give it to my mother when i was just a child..my mother was Bicolana and i do not forget the passion of the Bicolanos for my mom was one.
